How to Download Your Photos from Session

Your gallery is here... now what?

Don't worry! Downloading your images is quick and easy. Follow the steps below, and you'll have your memories saved in no time.

📱 On Your Phone

Step 1
Open your gallery link from the email or text message we sent.

Step 2
Tap the Download button.

Step 3
If prompted, allow the download to complete. Your photos will typically save to your Downloads folder or Photos app, depending on your device.

Step 4
Back them up! We always recommend saving your gallery to cloud storage or another safe location.

💻 On Your Computer

Step 1
Open your gallery using the link we sent.

Step 2
Click the Download button.

Step 3
Choose whether you'd like to download your entire gallery or individual images (if available).

Step 4
Your images will download as a ZIP file. Double-click the ZIP file to extract your photos before using them.

  • Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi and have enough storage available on your device.

  • Most phones save downloads to your Photos app or Downloads folder. Computers typically save them in the Downloads folder unless you've chosen another location.

  • Yes! You can download your gallery as many times as you'd like while your gallery remains active.

  • Absolutely! We recommend saving your images in at least two places, such as an external hard drive and a cloud service like iCloud, Google Photos, or Dropbox. Your memories are too important to keep in just one place.
